Within 7 days of a charge
Write to dustin@callita.com within 7 days of any monthly charge and we refund it in full to the card you paid with. If you also want to stop, say so and we cancel the plan, so nothing more is charged.
Stripe returns the money to your card, which usually takes 5 to 10 business days to show on your statement.
After 7 days
A charge is not refunded after 7 days. Cancelling stops the next charge, and the work continues to the end of the month you paid for.
