Callita

Privacy

Callita keeps only what it needs to sell, bill and deliver its services, and never sells or rents it to anyone.

What we keep

For a business we may write to: what it publishes about itself, read from its own website, public business data, public licence records and business-data providers. That is its name, website, listed email and phone, address and licence.

For a client: the business's name and contact email, its plan, the work we did for it each month, and the emails we exchange.

Payments are handled by Stripe, which keeps the card details. We never see or keep a card number.

Our emails to businesses

We sometimes write to a business at the address it publishes, about one service we think it may want. Every email says how to stop them. Once you reply to say stop, or write to dustin@callita.com, we never write to that address again, and if you ask, to anyone at your business's domain.

What we never do

We never sell, rent or share your details as a list. We never ask for your passwords.

Removing your details

Write to dustin@callita.com and we delete what we hold about you, except the payment records the law requires and the record that you asked us not to write. We keep that record for good, because we read public business data again every month and it is what keeps your address off every email we send.
